How to Buy
We are pleased to launch our on-line booking and payment service in August 2011.
You can book tickets for any of our fundraising events or training courses using this site. Select an event on the calendar and click the 'Buy Now' button.
You will be taken to a webpage where you can enter your card details to secure your place.
You will receive a receipt by email if you provide an email address. If you do not, then please contact us for a copy of the receipt.
Refunds: Tickets cannot be refunded after the event - however, if you purchased a ticket more than 28 days before the event and wish a refund - you simply need to contact us using the contact us form.
Where you pay for an event or item through this website, or over the phone, you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days, and request a full refund. To do this, email email@example.com giving all payment details and requesting a refund. Refund requests will be processed within 7 days of receipt of any supplied goods. Refunds will not be given where: 1) when you have already received a service 2) where you do not attend or cancel a booking at short notice 3) where you have received customised items.
